By accessing and using ParentingWithTumi's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including our website, coaching sessions, workshops, and any related services.

ParentingWithTumi provides:

• Individual parent coaching sessions
• Group workshops and educational programs
• Family assessment and goal-setting services
• Educational resources and materials
• Online content and community support

Important: Our services are educational and supportive in nature. We do not provide therapy, medical advice, or treatment for mental health conditions. If you need therapeutic or medical intervention, we will provide appropriate referrals.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during intake and sessions
• Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared
• Respect the coach and other participants in group settings
• Implement strategies and complete assignments between sessions
• Communicate openly about challenges and progress
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants in group settings
• Use services for lawful purposes only

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
• Package deals must be paid in full before the first session
• Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

Refund Policy: Refunds for multi-session packages are prorated based on completed sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and session content. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except:

• When required by law
• When there is imminent danger to self or others
• When child abuse or neglect is suspected
• With your written consent

Session notes and records are kept secure and are destroyed after 7 years in accordance with professional standards.

Not Therapy: Our services are educational and coaching-based, not therapeutic treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions.

No Guarantees: While we are committed to providing quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from coaching.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Professional Boundaries: We maintain professional boundaries and do not provide services outside our scope of practice.

All content, materials, and resources provided by ParentingWithTumi are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may:

• Use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Share resources with immediate family members

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Completion of agreed-upon goals
• Lack of progress or engagement
• Violation of these terms
• Inappropriate behavior or communication
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, any unused sessions in prepaid packages will be refunded on a prorated basis, minus applicable fees.
